I have had this car from new on the 15-11-2001, it is the Lotus Elise S2 Sports tourer Model which was £26,995.

I had the heads ported slightly fitted a full SS exhaust and An ITG Carbon Induction kit.
This boosted the mid range and kept the kick coming above 60mph with out losing fuel economy BHP was upped by 30 and the car reacted very well.The car has the CAT on atm for the MOT but I use the car with a straight through pipe which makes a massive difference.

The car is now quite fast to about 90 mph with out any dead spots.

Lotus handling kit included a new suspension set up with bilstene ride height adjustable dampers with eibach springs, A bigger front anti roll bar, New wheels with wider front one's 195 not the 175 as standard, A048 tires and a change to the steering rack. Lotus have got it spot on and the change was outstanding without being bad on normal roads. My car is number 008 (see plack in pics above)for the kit which was fitted direct at the Lotus factory motor sport dept.

The car has had money spent whatever the problem whatever the cost and I think you get the best of every thing in it, it has full carpets and a four speaker sound system so every day driving is no problem and it has the power and the handling when ever you want to use it.

I also have a full set of wheels (unmarked) for winter use if you want to use the car in the rain.(the tires on the spare set of wheels have had it on the back though)

Mileage is 22723 and it is always garaged.
